triple j's One Night Stand has been everywhere from Karratha (WA) to Burnie (TAS), from Alice Springs (NT), to Tumby Bay (SA), bringing with it the biggest Aussie bands to put on a cracking live concert and broadcasting it live around the country!
This time we're heading to the tiny town of Dalby, located deep in the Darling Downs of Queensland where the local industry is mining and cotton and wheat farming. We're very excited to bringing THE TEMPER TRAP, 360, STONEFIELD and MATT CORBY along for the ride at our free all-ages One Night Stand concert on Saturday June 2nd.
Plus it's our great pleasure to once again be holding a spot open for a local band to open the event.
If you're from Dalby, Toowoomba, and surrounds and in a band NOW is the time to start recording so there's time to upload your tracks before the deadline (TBC).
To be in the running you just need to have your tracks uploaded to the site before and have 'South East Country' QLD selected as your region. All artists with tracks uploaded to triplejunearthed.com and from the correct region stated are automatically in the running. It is fine if your track is 'pending' when the comp closes as we listen to everything before deciding.
