He may be new to your ears but long-time Hip Hop music fan/contributer Stateovmind, has spent years locked away in his various Canberra bedrooms recording and honing his word craft. The 5-Track "Something for Nothing" EP is the introduction and embodiment of this process and is available for free both as a digital download and as a limited run CD.

The EP features production from across Australia including M-Phazes, Devize and Neversaidall. And also features appearances from the soulful Ally Cowell on "Journey" and fellow All Ords member Podbotiks on the gritty "Not Right." "Something For Nothing" is a short and sharp introduction to Stateovmind with one aim, to share locally produced hip hop music.
